Any general admission or pre-sales tickets are valid for:
a) Two nights admission and overnight camping at Camp Maatsowanikapii. Gates open on Friday, August 23rd at 12pm to General Attendance.
b) Single vehicle entry (includes 5th wheel trailers or RVs).
Guests must be off the premises by 5pm on Monday, August 26th.
Saturday Day passes are only valid for Saturday entry and include camping up to Monday at 5pm. Please be aware that camping spots will be first-come-first-served, but there is plenty of space to fit everyone.
Gates will open to general admission on Friday, August 23rd at 12pm noon. Please do not arrive before this time unless explicitly invited, as we do not have the ability to bring vehicles onto site early.
Yes, you may have multiple tickets under one name that can be used by friends. If your party is not arriving together, please ensure that all ticket holders have access to their allotted tickets and QR codes for entry.
The QR code on the ticket guarantees entry. Tickets can be given to others or sold, but QR codes will only allow entry one-time. Please be conscious not to share pictures of your ticket with others to avoid issues.
Yes, if you are planning to transfer or sell your ticket please request a ticket transfer via Eventbrite and our team will facilitate the name change.

Neon Jungle Music Festival is unable to process refunds directly. If plans have changed and you can no longer attend or need to sell your ticket, please arrange to sell your ticket privately. Tickets can be sold and transferred, but will only be able to be scanned once. If you are purchasing a ticket from a third-party and not from the official Eventbrite, ensure you trust the seller and request a ticket Transfer via Eventbrite so that the ticket can only be used by you.

Absolutely! Single day passes are available for Saturday only via our ticket page.
Gates on Saturday will open at 10am and will remain open until 8pm. If you cannot arrive between those hours, please reach out to us at info@neonjungle.can and let us know!
Friday single-day passes will not be available.
All vehicles including trailers, motorhomes and RV’s are allowed in the designated vehicle-camping area at no additional charge this year. Please be advised there will be no utilities or hook-ups for water, sewer or electricity.
We will be creating a map of the grounds and will have more information on camping/parking and amenities in our info section soon.
Re-entry is allowed during gate open/close times only on Friday and Saturday. On Friday, Gate opens at 12am noon and closes at 10pm. On Saturday, Gate opens at 11am and closes at 10pm.
All attendees leaving and returning to the festival grounds are subject to a $20 re-entry fee and security checks and clearance.
We are planning to have multiple food trucks with a variety of food & beverages options for all dietary needs this year. That being said, guests are strongly encouraged to bring enough food for the duration of their stay. If you have severe dietary restrictions or allergies, it is strongly recommended that you pack your own food as Neon Jungle can not guarantee the quality control and cross-contamination risk of its vendors.
Potable water cubes will be filled and made available throughout the festival site for attendees to fill their personal water bottles and containers. If possible, please consider bringing large water containers (such as 5 gallon water jugs) for your camp and personal consumption to prevent any prolonged outages and strain on our water resources.
No, Neon Jungle Music Festival will not have a bar or any sales of alcohol on-site. All attendees, vendors, and food trucks or service providers are strictly prohibited from selling alcohol on-site.
There will not be ATM’s available on-site. Vendors and artists may have the ability to accept debit/credit but any payment terms are handled by the vendors themselves. Please prepare to bring cash if you feel you will need it.
Prohibited items include:
– Scheduled Drugs
– Weapons (Firearms, Knives, Bats/Batons, Machetes, etc.)
– Glass; bottles/jars/containers (Lets keep the campground glass-free! Animals live here too.)
– Fireworks
– Large propane tanks (20lb BBQ tanks) and heaters
– Large generators (over 2kw)
– Flammable materials such as gasoline, diesel, kerosene – no jerry-cans!
– PA Systems or professional audio equipment in campsites (no renegade stages please!)
– Pets – exceptions will be made for service animals.
– Synthetic Feathers / Boas
– Personal Lasers
– Harmful Microplastics (non environmentally friendly glitter)
Permitted items include:
– Marijuana and prescribed medications
– Propane or butane personal cooking stoves
– Hoops, Staves, Poi and other flow-toys (LED permitted; kevlar wrapped props must not be accompanied with any flammable materials)
– Speakers for campsites. Please respect noise levels, especially while stages are closed.
– Small personal generators for RVs and Camperized vehicles.
